Payments are sent through intermediary banks before they reach your bank. You will be contacted by one or more of those banks and you may be asked to confirm the payment with each notification.
If you receive messages from Bank of America, you do not need to reply to them or take any action.
Messages from other partner banks may require your action.
If you are receiving funds to a bank account located in Brazil, there are additional steps you will need to complete in order to have the payment successfully enter your bank account.
Please see the Set Up Guide for Steps 1 - 3 (which are the same for payees in any location).
If you do not register with Stone X, you will not be able to receive payment.
For the first payment you receive, you will be asked to fill out a registration form with Stone X, Trolley's banking partner.
You will only need to register one time. However, you only have 30 days to complete the registration before the payment will fail and your Payout Method will be deactivated.

The Brazilian registration partner is Stone X (also known as FC Stone).

Within 24-48 hours of receiving the transfer data for a payment to Brazil, Stone X calls the recipient (if they are not already registered).

Recipient creates a profile with Stone X and fills out a form.

Once the registration is complete, the transfer is released forward to the recipient's bank.

Some digital banks cannot be used
We cannot send payments to any of the following digital banks:
